So Wednesday our furnace started to make a noise. The furnace was very old. I called Smith Heating and Cooling. I told them I needed someone to come check it out. When they got here a man met me at the door, his name was Caleb, very professional. He proceeded to look at the furnace. IT WAS NOT GOOD. The heat exchange had several cracks. He said his was not safe for us and the only way to fix this was a new furnace. They ordered everything on Thursday night. They picked it up this morning and we are now sitting ay 72 degrees in the house. I would like to give a shout out to Josh from Smith Heating & Cooling for the prompt and excellent service he gave us on our furnace that was giving us problems. Thank you we now have heat.

My furnace quit working last night so I called Smith Heating and Cooling this morning.Scott had one of his service technicians Josh at my house within an hour. Josh installed a new thermostat and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Smith Heating and Cooling for any of your HVAC needs.
