Excellent service from Dylan and Clay! Professional and extremely knowledgeable with the job they did for us. Thought we had a collapsed line, but they found a tree root and sediment clogs. They fixed the issue, thoroughly checked their work to make sure it was fixed to our satisfaction, and saved us money! Professional, honest work, and I would recommend them to anyone.
My kitchen sink drain was majorly backed up, I called roto rooter and they had a tech out the next day. Within minutes he had the drain problem fixed and even took extra time to verify that it was indeed fixed for good!
When it came time to pay, I gave the young man cash and apparently some bills had stuck together.... The tech returned from his van instantly and let me know I had paid him too much.
He could have had a big pay day at my expense but his honesty and efficiency earned them a customer for life.
