I just wanted to let the ishatter team know how impressed I was with their customer service. Nate and Kenton repaired my iPhone in <5 minutes. I had a long day that was less than desirable. not only did they fix my phone, but they gave me a word of encouragement! They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and customer focused! I brought my phone in for a screen replacement and they were incredibly friendly and expedient with the repair I will continue to use their service and I will always recommend them to anyone in need of electronic repairs
