John came out to install ceiling fans in three bedrooms. He asked before anything needed to be added. He showed me some damage that had occurred and talked me through how much it would add to the bill. I have never had someone come for a repair and update me every time he found something and then showed me exactly what he was seeing. We have future upgrades to make and the only company I trust to be fair and honest. John you are asset to your company.
John did an excellent job making repairs and was a great communicator and consultant on my homes electrical issues. He identified some problems caused by another electrician and helped ensure it was fixed properly. Will definitely use Fello and work with John again!
Ive only directly dealt with Justin and John, however they have both serviced our home on multiple occasions for electrical issues or projects. They have been professional, pleasant, informative and also fair in pricing. Well continue to use them for any and all further electrical needs. Nice guys!
