I had an excellent experience with the grout medic. The owner came out and gave me an estimate. He was very professional, and very nice. After considering my other options, I decided to move forward with this company. Your communication was excellent. The team arrived at the scheduled time, they set up and started to work. They put a lot of effort into my floor, which is natural stone, and after I saw the results, I realized how dirty it really was in the grout lines. They clean the floor and then sealed it and I couldn’t be more pleased. I’m not sure the pictures completely do it justice, but it looks almost as good as its original state. I would highly recommend this company. And I will have them return and do my children’s bathroom.
