Great customer service and a large number of extremely helpful videos for review. Ordered whole-house filtration system as well as a cistern pump and have had a few questions during installation. Emails were replied to quickly (one within minutes) and helpful. Even though they are a few states away, they have that hometown store vibe.

Jonathan and his team are great to work with. We have had 2 complete rain catchment, cistern and filtration systems installed and are extremely happy with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. 6 stars if I could!

Awesome experience so far! Had them out to clean our cistern tank that was way overdue. Arrived on time, did a nice job, finished ahead of schedule, and left no trace that they'd been there. Wonderfully done, folks!
