The Youngman were very professional and courteous, so was the scheduler (Eric). One issue/slight concern is they did not have any tools to disassemble the headboard and footer, necessary to get down to the basement. It might be good to ensure movers have some tools and also more dialogue, by phone is better to clearly identify the needs, challenges. We will have to get a more knowledgeable handyman to finish breaking down the headboard and reassemble the bed.

These two young men were thoughtful, polite and hardworking. It was a pleasure having them here. They finished everything we had on our list thoroughly and on a timely basis.Want them back next time.One suggestion (even though it's none of my business):It is my understanding that the hourly fee is split evenly between the workers and the organization. I my opinion, this arrangement is a bit lopsided and would think that 60% workers and 40% organization might be a more equitable arrangement. Just a thought. Perhaps the additional 10% could be positioned as an incentive and earned based on the customer reviews they receive.
