I like the windows as they look great. I can’t say enough about the installer. Very impressed with him. He paid attention to every detail and answered all my questions. He is such an asset to the company.
Most notably, the install team was impeccably impressive! They completed our entire home install (13 windows, a front door/screen door/transom window combination, and a sliding patio door) all in the same day! Their crew of 5 worked tirelessly and respectfully, only stopping to eat a quick lunch we provided to them out of gratitude! - From start to finish, we have been thrilled with everyone we've had the pleasure of working with from Window Nation! Jake P., our salesman, was immensely knowledgeable! He spent so much time with us, kindly answering all of our questions and demonstrating their superior windows, all without any high-pressure sales tactics! Jake was also assigned as our “project manager” and provided an in-depth and highly responsive line of communication throughout the process. Brian, the install manager, was so thorough when he measured the windows to ensure a perfect fit. We could tell he was genuinely invested in our satisfaction and Window Nation's reputation! The two young men (area canvassers) who helped us at the "office" location in Worthington OH when we stopped in unexpectedly on a rainy Saturday afternoon were very welcoming and helpful as we were still shopping around and just trying to learn more. -- But again, the absolute BEST experience with the entire Window Nation team assigned to our purchase was by far, the install team! Wow! They even went so far as to wipe down the table they used for lunch before they left....I mean, just an unbelievable effort to deliver impeccable customer service!
