Beautiful place. So relaxing and spacious. The salt room is very cozy and comfortable. There are many chairs there to sit and unwind. The staff will offer you blankets and pillows to make your experience as comfortable as possible. There is also a fun kiddie room for your little ones. Nice place will visit again soon. Clean, spacious, very cozy and welcoming.
Even if you are a skeptic regarding the potential impact of salt room benefits, I would still recommend a visit. The Salt sessions are $30 per session (approx. 45 minutes), but they often run specials that would be great to take advantage of. The room seats 6 and is dimly lit so it is a very relaxing experience. Tissues & ear buds are provided at each station. The lobby is really quite charming and the staff are incredibly friendly and eager to ensure that you have a pleasant experience while you are there. I really like their aesthetic very much. I had been sick weeks before my visit and had some congestion I couldn't shake. 15 minutes into the session I felt a sense of relief and was once again able to breathe freely through my nose. Again, this was my experience and I can't guarantee the same for anyone else, but I do know that there were other certain benefits such as stress reduction. Beyond the salt room that I so enjoy, there are many other services available ranging from a salt play station for kids to massage.
Take my review with a grain of salt (hahaha) because I have never done any type of salt therapy before my visit here! When you arrive, there is parking in the back of the building and they have signs directing people to use the back door as entry into The Salt House. My husband and I did a session in the Relax Room because we both have a cold and heard that salt therapy can help with that. We entered the room which has 6 lounge chairs, a shaggy rug and dimmed lights. We just "rented" 2 of the chairs, but there is an option to rent out the whole room. The sessions last about 45 minutes each. During the session there is a machine in the back of the room that I would describe as a salt dispenser/humidifier. There are also tissues because your nose will likely drip. Be warned that the salt will leave residue so be sure to cover anything you care about (such as electronics). The session was very relaxing and my sinuses feel a lot more clear than they did before the session. The scent reminded me of the beach, it was wonderful! I definitely plan on going back if I feel under the weather or just need a break from life. There is also a social room which contains the pink Himalayan salt. The owners told me they even have toys for kids to play in the box of salt similar to a sand box!
