I chose Owens to remodel two bathrooms and create a first floor laundry in my 1967, not custom, 4-bedroom home. My experience was truly amazing, and the work is beautiful. Cruise director Pam, kept me on schedule with decisions I needed to make. Crew leader Dave communicated daily and there were zero surprises--Owens made sure they had anticipated potential snags during the pre-planning stages. All crews were courteous and hardworking; they cleaned up so well that I could hardly tell they had been there at the end of the day.
