What stood out most was his integrity. During the transaction, a washer and dryer set that was expected to be included in the sale ended up not being there. Even though it wasn’t his mistake, he stepped up and personally covered the cost out of his own pocket to make things right. That level of accountability and commitment to his clients is rare.
