I have suffered from severe migraines for most of my life. I have literally spent tens of thousands of dollars trying to find relief, all to no avail. Out of desperation, I decided to try craniosacral therapy. One appointment… just one and I feel like a new person, free of the debilitating pain and the associated depression. The work is based primarily on the techniques used in Craniosacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Work, as taught by the Upledger Institute. to help release painful patterns in the body and other areas in your life. As a Craniosacral Therapist, I listen to the Inner Wisdom of your body by gently touching into the fluid surrounding the brain, and spine and working wit how the cerebrospinal fluid flow affects the motion of the tissues throughout. By supporting the natural healing abilities of the body, restrictions in the spine, brain and body can dissolve, leaving one pain free, more happy, and at peace. When our bodies feel healthy and vital, it's easier to walk through life with more light!
