My first review was of dissatisfaction but thanks to Tim John, Ashley and Adam Swift my faith renewed in the company. I have brand new gutters and the filter system is correctly installed, just in time for winter.

Leaf filter product is wonderful, but dealing with their office is a nightmare. We were getting a new roof and in order to keep our warranty on Leaf filter, we had to have them removed and put back up filter at $200 each time. No one in the office would return our calls, if they did they were very rude. It was very frustrating because we really love our filters, but dealing with the office is another whole story.
