I always enjoy the sound baths as a great reset when I feel like I need to take a moment to unplug and meditate. Great if you have trouble meditating on your own, great space to be in very calming

My friends and I had the sound bath and Ive also taken yoga here. They do an AMAZING job at relaxing you and it starts as soon as you walk in!! I felt much lighter when I left. Its very reasonably priced too!! I will definitely be going back!!
