If there was a life saver award, I would enthusiastically nominate Dr. ZACH SHERMAN for his outstanding dedication to his patients. He demonstrated exceptional care and empathy in helping those in need. When I called him early this morning after my son's severe fall on our steps, even before office hours, he provided reassuring guidance and understanding over the phone, alleviating the worries of a concerned parent. His willingness to adjust his schedule to see my 10-year-old son promptly and attempt to save his two front teeth was truly remarkable, following our emergency room visit.
This is an excellent dental office. I highly recommend it. Dr Relle,as well as his team,do a great job of explaining the procedures. Always positive— we are fortunate to have such a skilled team in Wayne County Ohio.
Today was my first new patient visit-since I haven’t been in for almost two years I expected the worst. Everyone was nice and welcoming. My hygienist Jan is so sweet and caring. She did a thorough job explaining everything, answered all my questions and concerns throughout the visit. I met Dr. Farah and she also was kind a thorough. Updated intra oral photos and went through my X-rays with me so I could see what she sees. I truly cannot wait for my next visit. This place is exactly as described a positive hometown private dental office.
