When I checked in for my appointment we discovered my PCP referral had expired just days before. You allowed me to stay at the office, rather than reschedule, during
your many efforts to contact my PCP’s team to correct the situation. Eventually the referral came through and you graciously fit me in to be seen before day's end. I thank each of you and God for making this possible in such a timely way.
