Lynn has done my hair for 7 years, I'm so happy she's with Roffler now! Such a warm inviting place and she is so talented at putting styles to face shape. Call her you'll be amazed!

When I got my hair colored, I had requested Jamie because of a coworker's recommendation. Being a person who knows nothing about hair and how to properly convey what I want, I accidentally told her the wrong thing. When I mustered up enough courage to tell her I had screwed up, she did everything she could to fix it. She was extremely accommodating, understanding, and friendly about the entire encounter. At the end, she was nice enough to charge me for the three colors I had initially asked for, though I had actually gotten four due to the misunderstanding.
