Great atmosphere, customers are treated like friends. Vi works magic on my husband's callouses on his feet! As a diabetic he had been told to see a podiatrist for nail trimming and callous management. We get pedicures monthly at nail spa, and his feet are no longer cracking at the heels and sore. The foot and calf massages are the best we have ever had, honestly! The salon is beautiful, clean and we look forward to our monthly appointments!

A lot of the negative reviews on here are deceiving because they’re for Wooster Nail Spa next to Walmart, not Nail Spa & Salon.I had the best experience at Nail Spa & Salon. The salon is beautiful and very clean.I can only make it to weekend appointments and they were able to get my daughter and I in at the same time in just a couple weeks. It was well worth the wait!! I told them my design idea and they gave me better than what I asked for. I suggest looking at their pictures on Facebook for an accurate representation of their work so you’re not turned away by reviews of the wrong business. I won’t go anywhere else now. This place is great! Don't get this nail spa confused with the other one near by with a similar name. These guys are very professional, super friendly, and do a fantastic job. These techs know what they're doing and do it well. I've used them twice now for acrylics with gel polish and was completely satisfied. I highly recommend them and I'm a pretty picky person, so that says a lot.
