I love Musclecamp CrossFit, it is the only strength training program that I have stuck with. The coaches and other members are great, it’s like having another family. I started at age 48 and I’ve been doing it for more than 10 years.
Courtney was so helpful when it came to my form while lifting, she was also very kind and encouraging!
I also got a little extra help from her in a mental way because she pointed out something I was struggling with, and it was just a mental block for me. Her bringing it up made me work through it and push to do better!
Angie is a great coach! Explained the workout, led us through a warm-up and thoroughly explained the movements. We even finished with a little yoga! She did a good job getting us out on time and reined us in when we got off task. Always a great class!
