I had some wind damage to my shingles and called Inspire about replacing the roof. Bill Finney was my contact person and he walked me through all of my different options and was very detailed in how each option would be carried out. Once we made the decision they were working on my roof within a week (The day before Thanksgiving). They arrived on time and had the job finished before we arrived home that night. Bill kept me updated throughout the day and even sent photos of the whole process. We even had a window screen get damaged in the process which they replaced without argument. From first contact to the completion of the job was just over 2 weeks.
