Very fast and reliable service. Also very friendly and helpful. They did diagnostic check on my laptop and after making sure everything was working right I was able to pick it up the next day. The price that I paid was reasonable and not to much. Would recommend them to anyone who needs computer work done.

My older laptop quit working properly. I was missing years of photos/documents that should have been there. They called me back the next day to let me know the hard drive was shot and it wouldn't be cost effective to replace the laptop. I appreciated their honesty. They then gave me a price to retrieve the data from my bad hard drive and put it on an external hard drive. I spoke to a tech savvy friend as well as doing research online and their price was very reasonable. They were successfully able to retrieve all my old pictures and documents and they did the work very quickly. They even included the external hard drive the data was on for me to keep. They quoted us 3 days for our phone screen to be replaced and they got it done in one, the prices are very reasonable and they always have good quality used products for sale as well! Highly satisfied with their services
