She also listened to my feedback when I asked for a slight change on the cut (so important!). One of my curls wasn't laying the way I envisioned and she totally made the change how I described. I loved the attention I received and the price was so reasonable - especially for the amazing service.“

I called at 3:40 to explain they had cut my fine hair with the texturizing sheers and see if someone there could get me in soon. I was hoping for sometime in the next week. Nancy happened to answer the phone. Serendipity. She heard my story and was so sympathetic. She offered to cut my hair at 5 PM that day. She saw the mess I had, and despite having pieces that were so short to fix it perfectly, it looks great. She saved me! I woke this morning and the hair still looks good after a sleep! Amazing! I can go out without being embarrassed of my hair for the first time in months. Added bonus- the price was also less than the other salons.“
