They cleaned all my duct work including my dryer vent, they were very consciousness & took time to explain any questions I had. Showed me photos of ducts before & after cleaning. Definitely would recommend these two technicians, Excellent job!

Dr VanWeeldon is knowledgeable, patient and kind beyond words. His bedside manner is above and beyond 95% of most physicians I've seen personally and worked with. His communication skills are off the charts. I'd recommend him 7 days a week for family, friends and loved ones.

Discovered a blocked line to my septic tank on the morning of the July 4 holiday....didn't have high hopes of getting it fixed, but Dave Buckmaster said he could do it, and he did! Very professional, communicated about his ETA and arrived on time. Great guy, very thorough, price was lower than the phone quote, and even cleaned up the mess for me! Would definitely call him again for plumbing concerns.

We experienced basement flooding doing the June Wheeling flood due to sump pump not working. Called Apollo and Keith showed up within a few hours. We signed agreement and a full crew was here shortly after. Each employee took the time to shake our hands and introduce themselves. Small thing, but meant a lot. They then told us not to worry, they'd get rid of the carpet, padding and cut out the drywall. They put on fans and left. That evening and again the next morning, Keith called to check in. Can not say enough for the prompt response time and customer service quality.

Calling was useless. I called for 4 days straight with no answer and getting fwded every time. I finally caught the city bus to Wintersville a week and a half later and finally got someone at the office on a Friday. The guy who does the keys wasn't going to be around until Monday. Monday afternoon, he showed up while I was at work so I called my husband to let him know he had shown up and needed him there and by the time my husband made it outside, the key was already programmed! Just that fast! And I'm mobile again! Thanks Mr. Key! We appreciate your help!!
