Steve called, came, solved the problem. Steve had patience and waited calmly for someone to let him in; thanks for that. For the price of repair on a blinking red light, I should have purchased a new machine. A sign of the times I guess.

Steve and Joey were absolutely fantastic to work with. Communication were very good. They knew exactly what they were doing and had the job done very promptly . And the good news is that my dishwasher runs like new. Have used other appliance repair services in the past But won’t use anyone else in the future, except for My Appliance guys exclamation!

Excellent service.
Arrived in the scheduled window. Troubleshooting pointed him right to a part in need of cleaning, not replacement.
Issue resolved within 30 minutes of arrival.
