The staff are always polite, kind and follow up promptly. While staffing shortages & vet shortages are affecting all practices right now around the country, I'm still VERY satisfied with the customer service! Dr. Carlson in particular has been really wonderful (thorough, caring & honest), although I'm also grateful to Dr. Murray too. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.“
