Steve has helped me out previously with a broken pipe and replacing our water heater. Very responsive and professional...clearly communicated the work being done and the reasoning behind recommendations. Will definitely be contacting the next time I need plumbing help, and you should do the same.
We used Jerome Plumbing today to remove an old water softener system that was not in use. Frank completed the work and repaired a few valves that he noticed were leaking. He also fixed our kitchen faucet. He gave me some things to keep an eye on as well. I really appreciate being able to ask questions since I know so little about plumbing.

I had a sink in which over the years clogged time after time. I usually fix everything from my furnace to a full kitchen remodel and everything in between but the sink was my nemesis. I called Jerome's plumbing and they were quite professional from the office staff to the gentleman who came out. It has been a month since I had them come out and no problems with the sink what so ever. Beautiful! You conquered my nemesis and I can sleep at night not needing to think about the million ways I have to try and fix it. Thank you very much Jerome's plumbing for the great job performed at my house!
