I had a bad case of Plantar Fasciitis last year training for a marathon and found Linzi and she did a calf and foot massage and with regular visits I have had no issues!! I had done cortisone shots and hated going that route. I highly recommend Linzi!!

Ive been going to Linzi for over a year now and she’s top tier. I typically request deep pressure since I get neck and back pain and she really goes deep to get the knots out! I always leave there feeling so much better.

Linzi has literally changed my life. Seeing her on a regular basis has allowed me to be the person I used to be. I came to her with severe plantar. I was unable to go barefoot. I could not even go without my orthopedic shoes during the night. Her dedication to freeing me of this has proven that her expertise is priceless. I am able to walk barefoot throughout the day and I truly believe she has cured my condition. I also suffer from may other physical ailments that she works on during our time.
