Grand Master Rick Moore has been my only head coach for over 49 years! Okinawan Matsubyachi Shorin Ryu my only style! I am a 5 thing world champion & I am here training for my sixth world championship. I will be 67 this year! I have survived cancer, congestive heat failure, leaky heat value, hospice 2 time, auto immune issues, bilateral hip replacements, hematoma in my left leg, and more. He has taught me to have a warrior's spirit through it all and fight back to health & wholeess. I've come to help him teach others the way! We went to a tournament with 22 students from ages 6 to 68 and they all did great! everyone placed 1-4th! For over 10 it was their 1st tournament! 2 were former Brown belts who had returned & think they can make another world championship! Come out & join us.... This academy is amazing!! The senses direction towards all of its members instills discipline that shows through and their day-to-day activities after leaving the dojo. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my daughters performance in school and at home due to the leader ship of Master Moore!! I highly recommend this dojo but be ready to put the work in and earn your place in the dojo..
I was a student years ago. Teaches a lot of self respect and discipline, while building self confidence. Made a ton of new friends, went to camp one summer, the tournaments were great. There is not one negative thing to say about Rick Moore Karate Classes, maybe a few sore muscles from training and working hard, Love every aspect of it.
