My dog was in a bad way. We had no appointment & came and hour before they close. They was packed. They still took us in. Was very nice took their time with us. Even was happy to help when I called the next day.
Love WAH, they’ve been essential in my pets lives. Sometimes appointments are hard to get but they really do prioritize animals by their health. When my pet was super sick they were determined to get him in same-day. Pretty good people!
