At this moment I cannot believe I am writing this. Sad times. We had used this company for our local family owned HVAC business for 20+ years. Maybe longer. Over the last few years their communication has been lacking at best. They only seem to want to help you if it concerns payment. Even every day basic questions on filing and reporting.

When they do communicate with you they speak down to you. Demand information at the last minute rather than giving you plenty notice. I’ve had several times I have been called while in the field asking for documents needed immediately rather than calling my office.
