**Edit** Danny contacted me and made it right!! I got my nails done by him, and they’re exactly what I wanted.
My daughter has gotten her nails done here twice. Both times the art work was incredible. They did exactly what she asked. So I went with her today to get my nails done too. The entire staff ignored me, never acknowledged me until after I had waited well over an hour and asked if I signed in right. They said I did. 4 people came in after me and got taken before me. Two staff members just stood around not helping me. My daughter’s nails took two hours and looked great as usual, however I won’t return. Excellent customer service! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They do beautiful nails and always check in with me throughout the process to ensure I'm satisfied. I will definitely be back .
