Annie is one of the best therapist I've ever worked with. She takes the time to get to know your body, and isn't afraid to experiment with techniques to work out your issues.

I just had the best massage with Annalise, and will be going back as soon as I can book again! Beware, the office is a little tricky to find, it's in the Elevate building, and you'll just wait in the lobby until it's your turn. The room was gorgeous and inviting, warm and cozy. Anna used the right amount of pressure on the spots I was sore, and really worked out some tough spots where k was carrying a lot of tension. I was relaxed and comfortable the entire time!

Grace L. was awesome. She uncovered possible root causes to why I may be having so much tension in certain areas. I've had my ideas, but she uncovered more and suggested specific recommendations. I was also very comfortable, the room was the perfect temperature, and the music was very calming.
