When you first walk in, you’re welcomed with wonderful sunlight from the windows. You can sit by those and have a foot detox bath- highly recommend! Then you’re greeted by the owner, Trina, she is a warm soul that loves what she does! She has so may wellness options to choose from and I recommend them all! Great place!

I’ve been having chronic neck pain since this past summer, likely from carrying around my little sidekick. Tonight I had the most intentional massage I’ve ever had. It was so incredibly relaxing and actually felt tailored to my issues. And she used techniques I’ve never experienced before. I cannot wait to go back.
