I ordered my custom building and was given a three week lead for delivery. It was delivered several days early and Dan was the best. He unloaded it off a trailer and use his equipment to put it on wheels and drove it into my backyard and placed it exactly where I had layed out. He then leveled the building and installed the ramp. I liked the model buildings we looked at but this is very nice and quality of framing and workmanship is unequalled. I have already recommended Wheat Ridge to a couple friends. I just made my second purchase from Wheat Ridge Mini Barns. First was a mini barn, this was a cottage. Love both of them.I highly recommend Wheat Ridge! Great customer service, honest, awesome construction, easy financing and flawless delivery!

You have to hand it to the Amish....they'll build practically anything and when they do it's built well enough to survive an F5 tornado. This place is part of a larger Amish Paradise of furniture, groceries and baked good. Visiting here is quite the experience and the prices are actually pretty darn reasonable. One interesting aspect is their use of skylights in the buildings which surprisingly provides an incredible amount of lighting, even on a cloudy day.
