“Whether you are needing a repair, a replacement, or just an honest estimate of your roofing needs, I couldn't recommend anyone more than Richter Roofing. Markus Richter is one of the best contractors I've worked with period, roofing or otherwise.
I started with wanting an assessment of the useful remaining life of my roof. Markus showed up when he said he would, assessed the roof using a drone and provided a comprehensive report with pictures that cost me nothing. He didn't try to upsell me on an unnecessary roof replacement but offered an honest assessment that I could get two to three more years of life with proper care and observation. He identified one area where a boot was deteriorated and exposed the roof to the elements. He advised that it needed immediate attention and offered a price to repair it with no pressure. It was a fair price, so I asked him to complete it, and he showed up the very next day and took care of it while I was at work, with nobody even there to pay him.
Since we're preparing for retirement in a few years, we decided to go ahead and get an estimate on proactively replacing the roof now. Markus gave me the most thorough estimate I've ever received. It laid out every step that they would take in the tear off and replacement, what materials he would use, and why he recommended them and the price was more than fair. We agreed to proceed and everything went smoothly from there. He communicated every step of the way, the crew showed up as promised and they knocked out a large and difficult roof in one day. The finished product looks amazing.
We couldn't be happier.
Markus and his crew were everything I expect from a contractor and what is so rare to find these days. Honest estimates, a fair price, skilled work, and the reliability to deliver on their promises. You won't regret trusting them with any of your roofing needs.”
