The veterinary tech or nurse that came in with the vet was very understanding and made sure I understood what was going on and what was needed. It was also made clear what was necessary, and what could be deferred until our next appointment. They show great attention to detail and always try to make my anxious dog feel more at ease.“

They eased my soul by providing so much information and being very thorough. Kage is our grumpy baby and I thought we may have to say goodbye but we don’t there are options. So grateful for her help. “Dr Jo is amazing! My extremely grouchy chihuahua, Chuey Martínez, was diagnosed with intervertebral disc disease (IVDD). He was diagnosed early by our primary care vet who referred us to Dr Jo immediately. Chuey consistently received acupuncture treatment over the course of a year and after the year of treatment, has been in complete remission for over a year and a half. Chuey hurt so bad he would barely move or walk prior to acupuncture. He responded phenomenally well. Dr Jo put up with his “expression” of extreme dislike of the treatment process. She is always so kind and loving to him. Dr Jo is gifted as a practitioner but also a wonderful empathetic down to earth human being.“

I immediately called and they told me to bring him right in. The staff went above and beyond to help Tashi and myself.
