We recently had a new AC and furnace installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional, on time, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was smooth, the work area was left clean, and the system is running great. Highly recommend for anyone needing HVAC work!

I always want to support businesses in my community, and West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating did not disappoint.
We were without water after hours so I called at 730 am the next morning and was able to be scheduled that afternoon. Noah arrive on time and inspected the whole system to verify what was needed. He explained that the well pump needed to be replaced. Noah informed me that there may be a 1 in 20 chance that the old pump would not be able to be removed to install a new one. Of note my home is 102 yrs old. Noah called in a helper, Kenny who climbed in the pit and pulled out the old well pump.
