I just want to write a review about my experience so far with Z-A Creations. To be honest, I haven’t yet had the pleasure of working with them, but Zach has been so responsive and ready to help me out. He has already gone above and beyond. I would imagine his workmanship must be superior based on my communications with him. I look forward to working with someone with such dedication!

Dual Porch Reconstruction (replace existing flooring and railing on first and second-level porches with composite materials). Job was performed solely by Zach who demolished, cleaned, prepared, and installed in a total of 5 days over the course of six weeks... due to my changing schedule and his availability.ZA Creations is Zach Apardian. He provides proof of liability insurance and offers (upon request) a formal written proposal of labor and project details. Disposal of most demo material and contact of another sub for my post replacement was done through my direct contact as the job progressed.Zach describes himself as a handyman, but he is finding a niche with general... read full review
