I recently called the Dwyer company as I was concerned about some exterior water issues. The sales manager, Mike Quinlan visited my home and inspected it, outside and inside (basement). Mike was a real pro. He looked closely. Asked many questions and explained in detail that my issue was not foundational settling etc., but hydrostatic pressure (HP). HP can be dealt with simply by improving excess water flows. I was very impressed with Mike’s knowledge and willingness to direct me to a solution.

Sampson ran the installation and took care of everything. I had a ton going on at the time and didnt worry about them at all. They were polite and kept the worksite tidy. It was refreshing to trust America's working men to do their job so I could focus on mine. 5/5
