I've been going here for the past 14 years and this place is great. Fast service, friendly and courteous staff and good prices for haircut. I just had a haircut and thought I'd write a review. I saw some negative reviews, but have to say in the 14 years I've been coming here, never a bad experience. Sure, some stylists are different than others, but if you didn't like the first go around, and ask them to re-trim, they're happy to oblige. In the end, it's a haircut. If you don't like it, it'll grow back.

Ashley at Great Clips did an excellent job with my haircut. She followed every one of my requests exactly and made sure to clarify details when needed. I really appreciated that she kept conversation to only what was necessary to understand what I wanted—it made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience.

I’ve been to two Great Clips locations in West Chester, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Ashley was attentive, professional, and clearly cared about getting the cut right. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of the great service.

My hair is easy to cut. Maybe too easy. I'm bald so I ask that no guard be used on the top of my head and a one half be used on the sides and back. Sometimes, as like this last time, the stylist zips through my haircut in 3 - 5 minutes and when I get home I notice places that were not evenly cut. My haircut doesn't require a lot of effort, but I would at least like some attention to detail.Service: Haircut
