This studio/community has transformed my life. The owner, Britney, is the kindest, most genuine person I know and she has created a community of top notch instructors and yogis that have supported me through a personal journey of emotional and spiritual healing.I started attending at the end of 2020 having never formally practiced yoga. They were accepting and encouraging. I have never felt shamed for not knowing what to do or for falling out of a pose. As Britney always says “This is your practice. There’s no comparison in yoga. Absolutely amazing class tonight 1st time here. Charming and inviting environment, safe, inclusive and the instructor was caring and beautiful and truly there to guide us through a complete yoga experience and she engaged with us personally.
