At Focal Pointe Eye Care, the staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making patients feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. The doctors, including Dr. Lyons and Dr. Fisher, provide excellent care, thorough medical attention, and are detail oriented. They take the time to explain everything clearly and listen to concerns. Patients appreciate the professionalism, personal attention, and kindness from everyone on the staff, from the doctor to the desk. The team is knowledgeable, courteous, and just plain nice. For eyewear, the service is very pleasant, with help picking out frames that match the face. The business is especially valued for helping elderly patients with low vision concerns. Patients drive from an hour away to receive this level of care. Highly recommend both doctors and the entire team for their great care.
I was able to make an immediate appointment for a problem I was having with no problem. The doctor gave me a thorough exam. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. I highly recommend this practice
I had my initial consultation today. I must say I was impressed with the entire staff. Very friendly and professional. I am excited to get my scleral lenses soon. I wish I would have discovered them sooner. Can’t wait to ditch my glasses and enjoy improved vision with these lenses!
Focal Poimt Staff are always a joy to interact with. They all have a pleasant caring nature. Eye care state of the art care is much appreciated. The only downfall is the cost of Eyewear. I have had to go to other outlets to be able to afford my glasses. Case in point, the last prescription at Focal Point was over 1500 dollars where cost co was 500 for 2 pair of glasses. I will continue using Focal Point for eye exams and required tests but not to purchase my glasses. God bless you all for your kindness.
