At Focal Pointe Eye Care, the staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making patients feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. The doctors, including Dr. Lyons and Dr. Fisher, provide excellent care, thorough medical attention, and are detail oriented. They take the time to explain everything clearly and listen to concerns. Patients appreciate the professionalism, personal attention, and kindness from everyone on the staff, from the doctor to the desk. The team is knowledgeable, courteous, and just plain nice. For eyewear, the service is very pleasant, with help picking out frames that match the face. The business is especially valued for helping elderly patients with low vision concerns. Patients drive from an hour away to receive this level of care. Highly recommend both doctors and the entire team for their great care.
After a major retinal surgery and a cataract surgery at CEI, I had my Focal Pointe Eye Care appointment with Dr. Lyons. He was so happy for me and my improved vision. As usual, he was very thorough and decided glasses will help me see even better. Kirsten, my optician, helped me pick out frames. Yvonne helped fit my glasses on my face when I picked them up. I'm so excited to have such attractive glasses .I'm always happy with the staff there and Dr. Lyons is amazing!
Very pleased with my experience here. Everyone was great. Would highly recommend. Have had a detached retina on both eyes, 9 surgeries. I didn't think it would be possible for me to have great vision again. The Dr made it happen!
Actually Bill Maisch. I couldn't be more happy & impressed with Dr Lyons & his staff. I've had cataract surgery & vitrecomy surgery in both eyes, so I was having a difficult time balancing my eyes. Dr Lyons measured & checked everything you could possibly check. He explained everything, in laymen's terms, and measured me for special contact lenses. I can't wait for them to come in
