We use FlexPac's Floor Equipment Parts division for all of our carpet cleaning repair parts. Their website provides helpful parts manuals and easy-to-read break downs for easy ordering purposes. The items ship and deliver quickly with no shipping charges! We had a little hiccup in an order we received and Kelly in the parts department resolved our situation quickly and with a great attitude! We will continue to buy any parts we need from them.
