Crystal Clear Cleaning & Contracting provides excellent service and quality work at fair prices. James and his staff are really professionals and friendly to work with. They have helped clients in difficult times, such as completing a partially started project after a family tragedy. Their deck construction services are also top-notch, building solid structures efficiently and effectively. The team is friendly, professional, and ensures timely completion of projects. They also provide great customer service, addressing any issues promptly. Their workmanship is impressive, as seen in their basement renovations and deck constructions. They are the best in Mason and surrounding areas for any home improvement project.
Kyle and his team helped us quickly and professionally take down an above the ground pool, install a concrete pad and re-position landscaping. This allowed us to surprise the grandparents with a new swim spa that is improving their health every day. Thank you Kyle and the Crystal Clear team!!
I first became aware of CCC&C on Facebook and called them when I thought I had a minor issue on my front porch. James came out and took a look at it. His team came out and while digging in uncovered a potentially disastrous issue due to negligence by the original builder and fixed it. While he was here James handed my his card and said “you’re going to need that” and boy did I. He’s done several things for me including residing my house and replacing facia, gutters and doing exterior painting. When it was time to make a big investment in a new covered deck with many amenities James was my first and only call. From idea to ideation to drawings, permits and of course the build he handled it all. His team is top notch and respectful and the craftsmanship is top notch. If I was smart enough to describe the quality I would, rest assured, I have no worries. My wife and I spend every night on our new deck with our ceiling fan, recessed lights, cap lights, and a TV (that they hung), heaters for the cold days…and of course a few drinks. James and his staff are really professionals and friendly to work with. I hired them to build my deck few years ago and recently they helped finishing my basement. They built a mini home theater and we are very happy with it and enjoying very much with movie nights.
