They were very friendly and helpful in finding some matching, replacement vinyl to use in repairing wind damage at our church. The price was good too. I will use them again if needed.
The mechanism on one of my 5 casement windows, installed in 2017, broke. The person I bought them from has retired. After I filed a lifetime warranty claim on the Alside site, the people in this West Chester office (Jessica and Holly) helped me to order the right replacement parts and and arranged for their technicians to do the repair (which was quick, efficient and knowledgeable), all at no charge. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you to all the team in West Chester.
Never had any issues until I filed a warranty claim. Now finding out that the warranty is limited lifetime. Was originally told that the windows came with a lifetime warranty, but that was 20 years ago. Still, lifetime shouldn't have an expiration date.
