Caring, compassionate. Knowledgeable about animals. They have remodeled so the person at the entry desk is behind a giant computer screen . Apparently, since you text when you arrive you're not supposed to wait for her to acknowledge you but just have a seat and wait for a tech to collect you. Otherwise she pretends you're not there. Put up a sign people.
This was our first time here with our 6 year old kitty cat I couldn’t recommend them more they were up front about what she needed and prices of everything and it was very reasonable. Very nice and accommodating staff working here they even groomed her a little for a small price.
I have to say that this is the best bet around. If you're looking for a good bet, this is the place. Don't go nowhere else when they have an appointment. They stick to it, they don't leave you sitting out in their car and waiting for hours. I've been using this bet for over 12 years and they have done surgery on my animals. Years ago I went to about six different vets to figure out what was wrong with my dog twin Maples actually took the time to figure it out. The building is always nice and clean, and the people are great.
