We had a couple things going on at once, and he did a great job working through all of it instead of just fixing the first thing he found and calling it good. He found a refrigerant leak, repaired it, recharged the system, and then took extra time to dig into the furnace error codes we had been seeing.
That led him to find a bad motor module that was causing the blower communication issues. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and was just really easy to work with.
What I appreciated most was that he kept digging until he understood the whole problem. Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional from start to finish.

i had stacy come from comfort control to put in all new waterlines and shut offs and they did a fantastic job! I couldn’t be more happy with everything. They were very professional and got the entire job done in few hours. I can’t say enough good things about them! I would highly recommend Comfort Control!
