I lost my key fob at my job in fayette Ohio today and I called as soon as I noticed I lost my keys(around 2:30-3:00 am seeing I work thirds…) first time I didn’t get a wander at first but then called one more time and the gentleman that answered, the phone was very polite and very understanding and very thorough about his job. It took them a minute to get to me, but as soon as I got to me, they got my car done within a matter of minutes and got me a new key fob. And gave me a Whole year to two year warranty on my key fob. Lost my one and only key to my Ford explorer. They came out the next day and within 20 minutes gave me a new key, gave me the passcode to my door lock which I never knew since I bought the vehicle and had the bill ready for me. Extremely professional and experienced.I hope to not have to call them again, but if I have any issues with a lock or key, they will be the first on my list to call.
