Called Dan about an electrical problem I had. Although they were very busy, he was able to get his son to get out to Swanton and fixed my issue right away. Excellent service and will always call OK Electric for any future needs. 5 stars rating across the board!
We needed some ceiling fans replaced and installed. Not knowing a local and recommended Electrical Company I contacted the BBB and given a few names. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and attentive response by Kelly from O K Electric out of Wauseon. The estimate and time of service were reasonable. So this week Leonard and Jake came out to do the installations. Showing up exactly on time and taking extra care bringing their tools and equipment in they began to work. Independently and working together both Leonard and Jake worked diligently, efficiently and professionally. They made sure we were satisfied and gave us some tips on the new ceiling fans operations. Everything was cleaned up as they worked. We definitely were pleased with them and O K Electric Company and will be choosing them for any more needed electrical work and refer them to others.
