Great and fast service even while Brent was on vacation he called me back and had two of his employees there within 2 days to get me fixed and going again. Thank you Kauffman for the great experience, will use you again!!
From start to finish I had a great experience with Kauffman Door. Brent showed me samples in his showroom to help me refine the general idea of what I wanted for my overhead shop door. Ben and Jacob did a wonderful job installing my new door and opener. I highly recommend them.
Have had great service form them at my old shop. I have moved and put up a new building and had them install a new door. Closing the door the cables jumped off on a Saturday. I called to leave a message for Monday Brent called me back and came out on Sunday and repaired it. I never expected Sunday service in a non emergency situation. Great service and instulation for reasonable prices!
